they are the same as mk1 focus bearings used on ones with rear discs 8 quid off ebay ;) i have used both and dont notice the difference

i would say there are much better options to put under the bonnet the rst engine is quite dated now. why not a focus rs, st170, duratec 2.0 or 2.3 ?

lazy method: full lock either direction and boot it, if the inside wheel spins and the outside doesnt then its not got an lsd.
