Have always used Mobil1 Fully synth personally... 8) Tyres...mm, how long have you got... The toyo's are very soft rubber and sidewalls in my opinion.... My personal fav as a good all rounder is the Michelin Pilot Exalto....expensive tho.. ;) if budget doesn't stretch to that, you can't beat Perada ...

There are plenty of 'pulleys' there...identifying which one is squeeling can be a real pain...

How does a belt squeel...

The fead belt is just a standard puma part...none of that stuff is FRP specific...

Bushes are all easily available... the bigger rear bush (front lower arm) is different from the standard puma, buts it's not a specific racing puma part as such...just a different part from Fords 'parts bin'... engine sensors are all standard puma items too... there is a wire extension cable to the ...

cheers mate well info i know of so far is fluids and general service parts are normal so easy to get but brakes can be costly mostly due to the front calipers needing to be rebuilt every year or so, is there any aftermarket calipers or ones off another ford i could use instead? id keep the alcons o...

iv'e had a few dealings in this area recently...

the sensor on the later style box is a part thats £100+ i think...so you'd be better just getting at that pin and removing it...
