Thanks Lisa ! Le Mans is very far from where I live in France ! I live near Courchevel and Meribel in Savoie. But if someone want to meet me to Bristol the 4th of September, It could be cool ! :D Alex, You're coming into Bristol? Schedule permitting, I might be able to meet up with you as it's my h...

Guilty! - I wasn't sure that they were going to run it, but they did a nice job with the info I sent them.

Nice to see it has generated some discussion - mostly positive too. :)

Manifold 0396 - Congratulations, that has had a few club members owners, and was originally a dealer's own car.

Re: Members photos... gallery links

An entirely random selection of FRP's in the recreated press shot position - Inspired by Glyn's idea with 191, we literally grabbed cars that were around until we ran out of time (which wasn't long)! http://rpoc.co.uk/gallery/image.php?album_id=2&image_id=260 http://rpoc....

Re: Thanks all, what a fantastic day

For me, events like yesterday's are truly made worthwhile when I see lots of FRP enthusiasts sharing their enjoyment of their unique cars. That so many people took the time to say how good a day they were having really added to the overall event :) While there were a few favourite moments of mine, o...

Re: 10th Anniversary Celebration - IWM Duxford 22nd August 2010

Believe it or not, we have had to wade through a large amount of rules/fees/regulation/fees/health and safety/fees to pull this all together. We'd rather make everyone aware of the things Duxford might get upset about rather than have one of you told "don't do that" on the day.

Re: press cars at duxford

V1, V2 (though maybe not wearing it's original plate), V4 and V6 should all be there. Shame V5 couldn't make it - it would have been a record group! Four together should still be a first though. Performance Ford are sending a writer and a snapper - the press cars will all be parked together so hopef...

Re: 10th Anniversary Celebration - IWM Duxford 22nd August 2010

For owners interested in the competitions: Best Daily Driver - Your FRP is your only car and gets used accordingly for all activities. To achieve maximum points your vehicle will have no significant visual modifications to it’s original appearance. Best Weekend car - Your FRP is your second car, and...

Re: press cars

The owner of V5 FRP was interested in coming, so there is a good chance that car will be there too.

V2 FRP was around in 2002/2003 but has been off-radar for a while. V3 FRP hasn't been seen around for a long time now.

Re: NSF RACING PUMA FRONT WING AND HEADLAMP WANTED

Repairing an FRP? I see the one below has sold now - were you the lucky buyer?

http://www.hbc.co.uk/cgi-bin/zyview/D=v ... EM%20IMAGE

Looks like the wing is maybe beyond panel beating back into shape. If you can't source an original wing, then Pumaspeed sell GRP copies.

Re: 10th Anniversary Celebration - IWM Duxford 22nd August 2010

Lisa, just sent you the money for this, 1 car 2 people. also, noticed that a few magazines are coming but any one asked classic ford or fast ford? as now they are 'modern classics' :D I can guarantee that Classic Ford won't be interested. Fast Ford would be a conflict of interest with Performance F...
